• £50 refundable booking deposit required to secure your appointment
• Deposit fully credited toward vehicle purchase
• Free cancellation 24+ hours before your appointment
• Same-day cancellation: £25 fee deducted from deposit
• No-show: Full deposit forfeited
• One free reschedule allowed per booking
• Distance pricing: £1.50 per mile (if you buy, recalculated as delivery with 20 free miles)
• Why we charge: The travel fee covers the mileage added to the vehicle during your viewing - if you choose not to purchase, this additional mileage may affect the vehicle's price
• Professional driver delivery: Your vehicle is driven to you by our experienced driver, not transported on a trailer - this ensures any potential issues are identified during the journey
• Purchase via E-Agent only - drivers cannot process sales
